There’s no place like home, there’s no place…like…home?

We are back. Hans-Peter picked us up at the airport…and it was fun to see that his BMW 5something had a trunk that wasn’t really bigger than the one of our trusty silver rental, the Hyundai Accord. Heh.
But we are home again, a mountain of mail is expecting to be read…and two cats are happily purring and in general trying to trip us so we break a leg and have to stay around for a while. Rather forgiving creatures, wouldn’t have expected that.
Next time? Direct flight to and from the US, even if it costs 100 bucks extra. And now? Trying to arrive in this timezone. Used to be easier when I was mid twenties..
Day Twentyfour

Everything has to end I guess. And so, this trip has to come to an end as well. I am not entirely unhappy that it’s coming to it, but, truth be told, I think I could stay for a while longer, if resources, time and circumstances would permit it.
